Chin dimpling, sometimes referred to as an orange peel chin, is caused by overactivity of the mentalis muscle. This can create visible puckering, uneven texture or a pebbled appearance when speaking or at rest.
Treatment works by gently relaxing the targeted muscle to smooth the surface of the chin and create a softer, more balanced profile. Results are subtle and natural, improving skin texture while maintaining normal movement and expression. A full consultation is carried out prior to treatment to ensure precise dosing and facial harmony.
