Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Dr Sarah Hughes Facial Aesthetic Clinic, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure we can offer appointments fairly and run on time, we kindly ask that you follow the policy below.

1. Appointment Booking & Deposits

- All bookings require:

  - Full name, DOB and contact details.  

  - A £50 deposit to secure the appointment  .

- Your deposit is fully redeemable against any treatment carried ou at your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Late Cancellation Fee

- For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice:  

Your £50 deposit will be forfeited and will not be redeemable against future treatments.

4. No-Show Policy

- A no-show is when a client does not attend their appointment and has not contacted the clinic in advance.

- In the event of a no-show:

Your £50 deposit will be forfeited.  

Future appointments may require full prepayment.

5. Late Arrivals

 If you are over 15 minutes late, you may:

-Need to reschedule your appointment, and  

Lose your £50 deposit, which will be treated as a late cancellation.

- If we are still able to see you, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

6. Deposit Terms

- The £50 deposit:

  - Is deducted from the cost of any treatment carried out at that appointment or held for subsequent planned treatment appointment.

  - May be transferred  to a new appointment if you give more than 48 hours’ notice.

  - Is non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival beyond 15 minutes where we cannot proceed.

 7. Clinic Cancellations

- If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

We will contact you as soon as possible.  

Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded in full, as you prefer. Subsequent planned treatment appointment

8. Medical & Emergency Exceptions

We understand that genuine emergencies and sudden medical issues can occur.

In such cases, any fees or loss of deposit may be waived or adjusted at the clinic’s discretion.  

  We may request supporting evidence (e.g. a doctor’s note) where appropriate.

9. Agreement

By booking an appointment at Dr Sarah Hughes Facial Aesthetic Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
